Yoga Adults 
Hatha/Flow Yoga
This yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits. This yoga style teaches yoga sequences that will help build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. Hatha Yoga is a challenging and dynamic Vinyasa series that links breathing to movement. The class is moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental yoga postures and principles which help create a successful and effective yoga practice. Set to music, it will invigorate your entire body.
Hatha/Flow Yoga links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a more vigorous series. Flow-Based Hatha Yoga or Vinyasa involves moving from one posture to another with very little rest in between and creates a strong cardiovascular workout.
 
Power Yoga 
With demanding strength postures, this yoga class will have you moving, breathing and sweating! During this class, you will focus on engaging your core strength to support yourself in arm balances and inversions. You will also explore deeper alignment; the importance of breathing and do challenging yoga sequences that creates resistance which intensifies at each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep curls and triceps curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. Classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group that you will see visible results in your body.
 
Yoga Kids (5 - 10 years old)
Cooperative games, theme activities, storytelling, music, and art engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of the 5- to 10-year old child. Classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness.
